Usage of Herbanika Barut Nona Roguy Cream:

1) For normal childbirth, use Herbanika Barut Cream from day 4 to day 44. (Recommended up to 60 days).
2) For surgical childbirth, use Herbanika Barut Cream from day 15 to day 44. (Recommended up to 60 days).

Instructions:

1) After applying Nona Roguy Herbanika Oil to the stomach and waist, evenly apply Herbanika Barut Cream on the stomach, breasts, waist, hips, and thighs.

2) Use a Strap Binder (Modern Binder easily available at pharmacies) or Traditional Bengkung (a type of cloth wrap) neatly, tightly, and evenly.

3) Ensure that the cloth wrap or bengkung starts from below the chest and extends beyond the thighs to achieve a slim, firm, tidy, and solid body shape.

4) Use the bengkung from morning until late afternoon.

5) Reapply as above and use the bengkung overnight.
